Black Tuna Recordings presents label co-founder Kurt Funk and his latest single "High Technology". Kurt Funk (formerly TakeOne) had his first release "Pending Love" on Truespin Records in 2013, followed by "Eastern Sun" and "Sixes & Sevens" with the Outtallectuals Artists Collective in 2014/2015. In late 2015 Kurt Funk also released his BTR debut single "Let Me Go". "High Technology" is a techy track that showcases crunchy, percussive synth work, lush hi hats, punchy basslines, and a razor-sharp backbeat. Massive effects envelop the mix as aural textures, and stabbing synths create a neurofunk flavour fit for the darker side of the club. Kurt Funk's "High Technology" is down-tempo, high-energy drum and bass.
